About KAKED by KIM

Hi. My name is Kim and I am the Owner/Baker of KAKED by KIM. I decided to officially start up a Home Bakery business because I have always had a passion to bake, but was not fully confident until my husband (who has a huge sweet tooth!) convinced that I can turn what I love to do into a side job.

A little background story why I was convinced to start up my Home Bakery. I have worked in Food Safety for a little over 10 years now. I also found out about last year that I am allergic to eggs, dairy, and a few tree nuts. This resorted to me baking my own desserts when I was craving a cookie or cake.

You will find a few Vegan ( egg, dairy, and nut free) desserts available. I do mix, bake, and package everything out of my own home as I am Cottage Food permitted for Tulare County.
